Ensuring that our customers' needs are fully understood and translated to all of the planning, product development and supply chain teams in our company is the task of our Account teams and Sales people.
Developing a deep understanding of our customers' business priorities and building constructive, long-term and sustainable relationships are key requirements in this role.
In addition, the ability to make a passionate and well-reasoned case on our customers' behalf, within our organisation, is of paramount importance – to ensure that the optimum resources of Givaudan are harnessed and applied, efficiently and effectively – to meet customer needs. We are a complex, fast-moving business – and the customers we supply, understandably, are demanding and rewarding partners. It takes a switched-on and discerning sales or account manager to make the right things happen, fast.
